Food Truck Friday – Smash N Dash

We had a new visitor today for Food Truck Friday at Summit Logistics Group! Smash N Dash specializes in Smash Burgers and Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs varying from “The Deluxe” to “The Hangover” with Bacon, Eggs, Cheddar Cheese sauce, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, and Smash Sauce (which they should also sell by the bottle). The food was a big hit and they have one of the coolest food trucks in Wilmington, we look forward to their next appearance!
