Throughout his career, he has helped launch new business divisions, redesign operating models, strengthen financial performance, and develop leadership teams capable of sustaining long-term success. His experience spans supporting one of America’s fastest-growing private companies, scaling established brokerage operations, building new businesses from the ground up, and leading organizational transformation through periods of rapid growth.

Chase believes the greatest challenge facing growing organizations isn’t finding opportunity it’s ensuring leadership, systems, and execution evolve quickly enough to keep pace with it. His leadership philosophy centers on developing exceptional people, creating disciplined systems, strengthening accountability, and building cultures where continuous improvement becomes the standard rather than the exception.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University while competing as a collegiate quarterback, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset that continue to shape his leadership today.
