Adam Brown serves as Chief Financial Officer of Summit Logistics Group, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, accounting operations, cash management, and financial reporting. He also provides financial leadership across multiple related companies, helping align resources, strengthen accountability, and support sustainable growth throughout the organization.

Adam focuses on building scalable accounting processes and developing financial systems that provide leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable information. His work includes strengthening month-end close procedures, improving cash-flow forecasting, enhancing internal controls, and creating reporting practices that support sound business decisions.
