Requirements
In this role, you will:
Work with various Account Executives assisting them with their current book of business as you gain various knowledge of the logistics industry.
Generate and acquire new business through effective cold calling.
Negotiate rates with clients for transportation services.
Respond to sales opportunities and use knowledge of the market to provide strategic pricing.
Manage all aspects of your accounts.
Collaborate with your team and celebrate the wins of the entire team!
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field
1-2 Years of sales or business development
Go-getter mindset without allowing rejection to be a hurdle.
Comfortable with communication over the phone and on the computer.
Proactive with follow up and relationship skills.
Teamwork mentality to assist fellow co-workers as needed.
Technology savvy with the ability to work with several platforms at once.
